About Century Mold and Tool:
Located 10 minutes from O'Hare airport in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Century Mold and Tool has grown to become an industry leader in injection mold tooling. For over 15 years, we have supplied production tooling for industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, healthcare, medical, aviation, and industrial equipment.
Specializing in thin-walled and insert molding, we utilizes ProEngineer for their in-house design CAD package. Our experienced design team reduces lead time and insures quality and accuracy by creating tooling geometry with the state-of-the-art equipment. Our 30-man mold shop is highly qualified and dedicated staff who take pride in their work. Their CNC department employs Cimmatron and ProManufacture as their CNC packages. They will then feed one of their many manufacturing centers including 7 CNC machining centers, 10 sinker EDMs, 2 wire EDMs, 20 grinders, and 7 milling machines.
